Mobility today is dominated by closed platforms that exploit drivers, frustrate riders, and fail cities. Namma Yatri proved that community-led open mobility model works. The model expanded across India and soon into global markets, and seamless integration with city services and public transport for seamless multimodal travel.
Inspired by the ecosystem approach of Linux, Android, AWS, Apache, UPI, and the Internet, we reimagine mobility to be community-led, open, integrated, and future-ready.
By integrating Community (Samaj), Government (Sarkar), and Business (Bazaar), we address population-scale challenges through innovation, transparency, modularity, and collaboration. Our approach empowers local community of drivers and riders while seamlessly integrating public transport, electrification, urbanization, automation, and AI-driven innovations.
